Very Unsatisfied. The staff at Checkered Flag Auto are very unprofessional, I felt rushed and my car was damaged further. The mechanics are novices and not very knowledgeable. Furthermore nothing was done to resolve the issue. I DEFINITELY will not be returning. I do NOT recommend this "shop" to anyone who values their vehicle.

Not only is the service outstanding but the sales are just as impressive, i was searching for a specific truck and it just happen that checkered flag happen to have what i was looking for. under a week from test drive to financed and driving off the lot. Thanks Guys!!
Love this place. Have brought my daughters older Honda there twice now for two completely separate issues. They fixed them both in less than 24 hours from my initial phone call. Usually I do my own repairs, but time just doesn't allow lately. Soooo glad I found this local East Granby shop to trust. They are all extremely knowledgeable, honest, and pleasant to talk to. Extremely professional and reliable. Very passionate and personable owner and mechanics and they make sure that they build trust with the customer. They go above and beyond making sure they are reasonable with price as well as accommodating to the customers needs with their vehicle. They work very hard to do the right thing, and complete the repair in excellent time. They truly are there for you and want to make the experience as pleasing as possible. I have no reason to go else where, but to truly mention Checkered Flag as the place to go 100% for anything. I make sure to tell everyone, who needs a car, a repair, a trustworthy mechanic and crew to go to this shop. I've bought two vehicles in excellent top shape with them and they are extremely reliable and I can certainly know that I can trust every advice and work done to those vehicles. My experience is nothing but a good positive experience that you don't get to have with any mechanic anymore. Truly recommend this shop.
